Dyffryn Gardens And Arboretum
Dyffryn Gardens is a beautiful Grade I registered Edwardian garden, set in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan countryside. The 55-acre gardens are the result of a unique collaboration between the eminent landscape architect, Thomas Mawson, and the passionate plant collector, Reginald Cory. The garden includes great lawns, herbaceous borders, many individual themed garden ‘rooms’ and a well established Arboretum including 17 champion trees. The magnificent gardens have been undergoing extensive restoration work with assistance from the Heritage Lottery Fund, including a striking Visitor Centre and tearooms.
