Tucked into the hillside above the road, this 13th-century church has a distinctive battlemented tower with an unusual outside stairway.
Inside, there is Medieval and Jacobean woodwork, which was delicately restored in the 19th-century, including a screen across the chancel arch with the inscription, ‘O Lord Prepare Our Arts to Prayer’.
A little window near the Watchet alabaster font contains two charming 15th-century stained glass figures of saints.
